Quick Tips:

1. Make sure your laptop is on a solid surface and not on top of a pillow or carpeting that could muffle the microphone on some Chromebook models

2. Make sure there is no tape, stickers or obstructions around the frame of the screen that could block or muffle the microphone on some Chromebook models

3. Make sure you are close to the Chromebook when speaking, no more than 5 feet away

4. If using an external microphone, unplug and try with built in microphone

5. Restart the Chromebook to see if the issue is resolved
