Welcome to the LOSD troubleshooting guide. Here you will be guided through troubleshooting common issues that district provided devices may encounter and the ability to submit a help ticket if you are unable to resolve the issue.
ATTENTION: Onsite tech support is now available for all district families at Del Mar Elementary on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11am to 2pm. Please follow the posted signs for the support location. Please walk through troubleshooting steps here first.
